Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for aRecruitment Lead to join our First City Nursing and Care HR team to support the continuous growth of the business. As the Recruitment Team Lead, you'll be making sure that everything runs smoothly and that the very highest standards of customer service aremaintained throughout. You'll be the person that leads the team, driving performance to execute the recruitment strategy.Key duties:
* Advertising vacancies through various channels
* Reviewing recruitment strategy and improving recruitment processes as needed to meet company needs.
* Tracking recruitment flow at all stages and of the process and ensuring quick turnarounds
* Manage the end to end recruitment process
* Input into improving and simplifying the candidate process
* Working with managers to develop job briefs and understanding the recruitment needs of the business
* CV sifting against job roles* Arranging Interviews with potential candidates
* Liaising with Managers regarding suitable candidates
* Organising interviews and feedback.
* Candidate liaison.
* Pro-actively creating candidate pipelines for core areas of the business.
* Completing new starter compliance checks - proof of ID, proof of address and proof of right to work in the UK where relevant etc* Ensuring all successful candidate documents are sent to the relevant Manager for them to complete their own new starter paperwork in preparation for the given start date.
* Managing job board.
* Providing support to the recruitment team along with guidance and knowledge
What will you need:
* A proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruitment (either withina recruitment agency or in-house) environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Friendly, personable and enthusiastic
* Driven and self-motivated
* Positivity, passion and a strong initiative with the ability to think quickly on your feet
* Flexibility and willingness.
* Able to work as part of a team and using your own initiative
* Abilityto work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
* Ability to support and co-ordinate a team
