One of our highly valued clients has asked us to carry out a search on their behalf for a Recruitment Manager position that they are looking to fill. This Recruitment Manager position is with a large adult social care provider who are looking for someone to recruit mainly care and support staff for one of their homes.
They need someone who is highly organised, familiar with marketing, and has experience of working in social care recruitment. Our client would like someone who is enthusiastic, fast-paced and confidentspeaking to people.
You will be expected to generate a pipeline of candidates through networking and advertising, building areputation for the company, be effective in candidate selection, host job fayres and open days and manage your time to maximiseoutput.
