Description:
Recruitment Specialist required for the Health and Social Care Sector, based here in Swindon. This is a full time post working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm) and is best suited to a candidatewith previous recruitment and resourcing employment experience. Offering a salary £22,000 - £26,000, this position will utiliseall previous experience, whilst allowing plenty of room for career and self-development.

As a Recruitment Specialist you will work as part of a wider team, meeting with a number of local government and local authority leaders who are all focused on increasing the number of people working in Health andSocial Care.
You will be a self-motivator, someone who can 'think outside the box', consistently looking at new and innovateways of advertising and profiling career opportunities, all aimed at placing local people into local jobs. Meeting with prospective employers to obtain information and knowledge of their current vacancies, undertaking recruitment methods and how best to source the very best applicants.
Acting as the initial point of contact for applicants who are seeking employment, you will manage the whole on-boarding process, which consists of handling all initial applications, providing career advice, conducting detailed telephone interviews and assessments, arranging interviews and assisting with the employment offer stage. Naturally, you will have proven Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams experience for the maintenance of high quality administration, diary management, meeting attendance and complex reporting.
