GILLINGHAM - HYBRID WORKING

UP TO £32,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS+ PROGRESSION

THE COMPANY:

We're exclusively working with a highly successful business in the Gillingham area that work with new and existing brands to support them in their business growth. Due to continued success, they are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator / Account Manager to join their team to work alongside the Sales team and the Marketing team to build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth experience for them.

The Sales Administrator / Account Manager will be working closely with clients, building close relationships and ensuring they receive prompt updates, their queries are answered and that they are happy with the service, as well as maintaining the CRM with up-to-date information to ensure contact details andpayment details are accurate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Sales Support / Sales Administration / Account Manager / Relationship Manager / Sales Executive or similar background who wants to work with new brands and growing businesses as they grow in the market.

THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:

* Keeping in regular contact with existing clients
* Developing an understanding of clients' businesses and supporting them to get the most from their services and togenerate a better ROI
* Identifying areas to further support clients
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling their queries and identifying areas of improvement based on feedback
* Responding to client calls and emails
* Loggingactivity on the system including changes to client details
* Providing sales admin support to the events, marketing and salesteams
* Being the champion of client service and pushing for consistent improvement and better service for your clients

THE PERSON:

* We're looking for a candidate from a Sales Support / Sales Administrator / Account Manager / Customer Service /Sales background
* An excellent communicator with the confidence to handle a variety of tasks within a busy department
* A proactive individual with a supportive nature to ensure clients receive a smooth-running service
* Detail orientated and a keeneye for detail
* Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
