The Role
My client, a medical and surgical services business is seeking an experienced and well-organised Sales& Contracts Coordinator to join their team based in Dublin 24. The is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As aSales & Contracts Coordinator, you will provide the necessary support to the field sales team and will work closely with the sales manager. You will facilitate the team's activities so as to maximise their performance.
Tasks & Duties* Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
* Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
* Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
* Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Supporting the field sales team.
* Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
* Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
* Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
* Accurately analysing and assessing statistical data.
* Provide quotes to customersand follow up.
* Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
* Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
* Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events.
*Assisting Contracts and Tenders Manager as required.
* PA to the sales manager.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
* A team player with high level ofdedication.
* Very strong computer skills (MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* Contracts and tender experienceadvantageous.
* Costings, quotation or margin analysis experience would be advantageous.
* BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field would be an asset.
* Accountancy/finance background would be a distinct advantage.
