Sales Operations Co-ordinator is required for a highly successful start-up company specialising in the cyber security industry. They have seen huge global growth in the last 9 years and are now in the scale up phase.

The Sales Operations Co-Ordinator will report to the Head of Sales Operations and support a team of 15 (soon to be 20) Sales professionals across the UK and US, to ensure all operational processes and best practice administration in the CRM system are implemented as well as reporting sales figures to C-level stakeholders.

In reward you will be paid a salary up to £45,000 p.a. depending on your level of experience, hybrid working model, annual training budget, share options, 25 days holiday (plus BH and the option to purchase more), flexible working hours and regular company socials.

You will work between home and the London office which is walking distance from London Waterloo.

In return we are looking for the Sales Operations Administrator to have:

* Strong Sales Operations experience in a B2B organisation - must have support sales teams.
* Significant hands-on experience at an administrative level with CRM systems - Dynamics or Salesforce.
* An interest or background working for a similar start up in the tech industry or a passion of cyber security.
* IT literate especially in MS Excel.

Your duties as a Sales Operations Co-Ordinatorinclude:

* Support the use and adoption of the CRM system across the organisation.
* Facilitate and coordinate weekly sales reviews with the sales team.
* Own to quote to order delivery process through collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
* Manage quotes and incoming orders mailbox.
* Drive operational efficiency - designing process, tools and dashboardimprovements.
* Provide all analysis to be used in regular sales team and management reviews.
* Work with each sales rep toensure everyone is managing the sales cycle effectively.
