Description:
My client who is based in Castletroy is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor/Team Leader to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to come in and develop a team both here and internationally.
Duties:
* Ensuring all contacts to the Marketplace are captured, sales opportunities identified and these are processed either by the team or by connecting to the right contact point to ensure an optimum & consistent customer experience.
* ·Ensuringcustomers are guided where relevant & necessary to the business self-service payment platform
* ·Assisting Customers navigate to the correct content pages to receive information on the products and solutions they are interested in
* Ensuring Customers who require quotations are directed to the responsible party for the product(s)
* Developing and documenting Sales Operations processes
* Manage through metrics for business reporting and coaching/training input
* Build lasting relationships andeffective communications with Business Unit SME's
* Monitoring, coaching, and leading the team to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Candidate Requirements:
* 1+ years Supervisory experience in Online Sales
* Consistent achievement of results against goals both as a Team Supervisor and an individual contributor
* Outstanding people manager and culture ambassador
* Experiences in process management through creating predictable, efficient sales operational activities
* Well-versed communication skills to drive cross-functional partnership and process improvements
* Ability to work with internal and externalsystems, including Salesforce and Service Cloud
* Flexible, resilient and receptive to change with ability to manage changingpriorities
* Results oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
* Persistence and the ability to influence and motivate others
* Professional demeanour with strong organisation and planning skills
