The Role
My client, anLCV dealership is urgently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator/Service Advisor to join their team in Dublin 15.This is a full time, permanent, on-site position.
Tasks & Duties
* Manage customer appointments professionally and efficiently.
* Assist in the day-to-day administration and management of a busy dealership.
* Job status monitoring and customer communication.
* Administration duties including but not limited to:
* Invoicing
* Data Entry.
* Administering vehicle warranties.
* Any ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications* 1 - 2 year's experience in a customer facing role with strong administration skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
