The Role
My client, an LCV dealership is urgently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator/ to join their team in Dublin 15. This is afull time, permanent, on-site position.
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including but not limited to vehicle registration, sales administration and finance applications.
Tasks & Duties
*Manage customer appointments professionally and efficiently.
* Assist in the day-to-day administration and management of a busy dealership.
* Job status monitoring and customer communication.
* Administration duties including but not limited to:* Invoicing.
* Data Entry.
* Administering vehicle warranties.
* Finance applications.
* Any ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* 1 - 2 years' experience in a customer facing role with strong administration skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience in ADP/Kerridge is a distinct advantage.
* Accounting and motor industry experience is preferred but not essential.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
