The Role
My client, anLCV dealership is urgently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator/ to join their team in Dublin 15. This is a fulltime, permanent, on-site position.
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including vehicle registration, sales administration and finance applications.
Tasks & Duties
* Day-to-day administration tasks including but not limited to:
* Vehicle administration
* Balance sheet reconciliations.
* Manufacturers supports.
* VRT.
* Finance & Commissions.
* Registration and taxing of all new vehicles.
* Change of ownership on used vehicles.
* Data entry and maintaining CRM system.
* Reconciliation of customer accounts.
* Processing purchase and sales invoices.
* Allocation of payments and daily lodgements.
* Supplier account invoice processing.
* Liaising with and supporting sales team.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* 1 - 2 year's experience in a customer facing role withstrong administration skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service skills.* Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience in ADP/Kerridge is a distinct advantage.
* Accounting and motor industry experience is preferred but not essential.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
* Full clean drivers licence is essential.
