Salary: £26-£28k per annum
Concept Resourcing are currently looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join on of the UK's leading communications provider.
The aim of the role is to support and provision of all products sold to both existing and new customers while delivering exceptional customer service to our client.
The role:
* To ensure we are regularly communicating with clients while exceeding theirexpectations.
* To effectively provision and communication the agreed solution delivery for Telephone and Data products.
* Co-ordination of internal and external resource
* Raising Purchase Orders and ordering materials to be sent to customers
* Liaising with networks on provisioning orders
* Raising or adding all aspects of the project billing to CRM
* Maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring a unified service from supplier to client.
