The Role
My client, a leader in the design and manufacturing of technical instruments, is seeking an experienced ServiceTeam Coordinator to join their operations based in Navan, Meath. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position with thepotential of hybrid after a short probationary period.
As a Service Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a team of service professionals. You will ensure the team meets its goal and objectives whilst providing guidance and support and ensuring they have the resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate activities of field service engineers across Ireland.
* Ensure team meets goals while providing guidance and support.
*Liaise with sales and management for consistent customer satisfaction.
* Provide status reports and recommend next steps to management.
* Manage service contracts, prepare new contracts, and plan for upcoming works.
* Introduce process improvementsfor service delivery.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in service, customer service, or sales-related field.
* Strong business and sales growth knowledge.
* Exceptional project management skills.
* Clear verbal and written communication.* Experience in Instrumentation equipment, RAMs, HAZOPs, AutoCAD, CRM desirable.
* Experience with calibration software such as Compucal advantageous.
* Demonstrated time management, people management, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in team coordination.
* Must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
