Description:
The RoleMy client, a large, privately owned agri-business is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their Engineering Department based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
Tasks & Duties (This isa non-exhaustive list)
* Support the daily operation of the CMS System (Flex).
* Creates and Updates Preventative & Corrective Maintenance plans and reports on performance.
* Control inventory of engineering spares, including monthly stock counts.
* Produce weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
* Responsible for raising and receipting all engineering parts and service.
* Support Maintenance Planning & Scheduling activities.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications* Second level education is desirable.
* Working in an office environment with experience of following procedures for data input, retrieval and documentation control
* Previous customer service experience is ideal.
* Previously worked in an administration role desirable but not essential
* Very good IT skills, particularly MS Excel & Word.
* Organised, logical with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail, quality driven approach.
* Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative.
