* Working for a global fortune 500 company



We are looking for an experienced Team Administrator tojoin a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic modern, bright offices with great facilities including Costa Coffee, supplemented restaurant, and free parking.



This role is working a 9 day fortnight; you will work Monday to Friday one week and complete 44 hours and every alternate week you will work 36 hours and work Mondayto Thursday meaning you have every alternate Friday off. Hybrid working; 3 days a week on-site at their offices in Farnborough and 2 days a week working remotely.



This role is working in the Global Contracts department and supporting the Global Contracts Manager and his team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience within a Team Assistant, PA or Secretary role



Duties for the role will include:

* Diary management for the Global Contracts Manager and his team
* Booking in-person and virtual meetings
* Helping to develop presentations so strong PowerPoint skills will be a great help
* Helping prepare documentation for meetings
* You will have the opportunity to assist with Contract Administration duties
* General administration and team support as required



Skills and Experience required:

* Educated to graduate level

* Previous experience within a Team Support, Team Administrator, PA, Secretary role will be an advantage but will consider candidatewith a strong Admin background not from a support role
* The ideal candidate will be eager to learn. You will have an opportunity to assist from a Contracts Administration perspective and this could grow into an opportunity to be more specialised
* Ideally you will come from a construction or engineering company but open to all industries

* Team player - positive can-do attitude very important

* Proficient in; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Flexibility and adaptability with a positive can-do attitude
