Hourly rate: £15.10 per hour
3 months with possible extension - March 2024 end date.

Concept Resourcing are looking for Telephone Operators to join a prestigious government organisation.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35.
The ideal candidate musthave the following experience;
* Previous interviewing or call-centre experience.
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Word and Excel and be able to learn new software systems quickly.
* The ability to follow detailed instruction to record data accurately.
* The ability to work independently.
* The confidence and professionalism to converse with a wide range of peoplewith diverse backgrounds.
* The ability to persuade reluctant people to agree to be interviewed.
