Get Recruited is partnered with a fantastic industry leading business in Blackburn. Due to continuedexpansion and further growth forecast for 2023 they are looking for an Trainee Administrator to start their career in accountswith them and benefit from training, development and progression.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with someexperience or exposure to administration, accounts or finance who is looking for an opportunity to develop their knowledge and build their career in a rewarding and supportive environment.
TRAINEE ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Handling incoming queries that come in to the accounts team over phone and email
* Assisting colleagues with accounts queries
* Providingadministrative support to the team such as filing and archiving
* Producing and sending client invoices
* Processing supplier payments and sending out remittances after payment has been issued
* Assisting with office and client banking
* Cancellingcheques
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Experience within administration, accounts or finance
* Excellent Administrative skills
*IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Determined and results focused
