FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Workshop Administrator on behalf of a leading agribusiness in the South Tipperary area. This is a full-time permanent role.
My client has been serving the Irish farming community for over 40 years. In that period, they have made an important contribution to the agricultural sector.
If you have 2-3years previous admin experience and seeking a career move in 2024 this may be the role for you. We are particularly interestedin hearing from you if you enjoy working in a fast paced work environment. This role is office-based Monday to Friday 9am to 6pmand would suit someone living in South Tipperary.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for the following duties.
* Data Entry.
* Processing job cards for customers.
* Booking and scheduling appointment for customers.
* Warranty & workshop administration.
* Taking inbound telephone calls from customers.
* Customer service
* Processing customer payments.
* Working closely with Service Manager and Financial Controller
* Work as part of a team
Candidate profile
* 2-3-years proven office administration experience.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Proficient in MicrosoftOffice suite.
* Highly organised
Remuneration
A basic salary of 30000 to 35000 Euro DOE
