* Up to £24,000 per annum (£12.30 per hour) PAYE
* Starting on Monday 31st October and will be for approx. Friday 23rd December

Overview of the role:
Our client who are a leading online beauty retailer are looking for 5 Customer Service Representatives to help cover a busy period in therun up to Christmas helping with online customer enquiries/orders updates.
This position is a 37.5 hour week (successful candidates will work a Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm) and the position will be based from your home (so no travel involved) soyou can be based anywhere in the UK.
There will be a requirement to work some weekends and you will have a day off during the week when this happens
To be successful in this position you must be able to start on Monday 31st October and be able to commit for 8 weeks.
You also must be familiar with using Zendesk as this is a system you will use from day one in theposition (Please do not apply to the role if you are not fully familiar with the Zendesk system) and full training will be given in your first weeks work
Strong customer service skills (written) are also required in this role as you will be representing the brand is the best manner possible.
This company is a fast growing beauty company and their customer service experience is something they are super proud of so the ideal candidate will have a positive and happy attitude so they you will leavethe customer with the best impression of you and the company. All communication will be in written form so there's no need to physically speak to a customer - it's all via Zendesk online help.
Lastly you will need to have access to a Laptop/Home PC (Windows Based - not Mac) with Internet access as you will use your own computer for the position.
