Quality Manager, Amazing Aerospace Company in Hampshire, Up to £45,000 + Strong Benefits i.e. 38 Days Holiday, AgileWorking.
As a Quality Manager you will have experience working a similar role together with a good understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001. Ideally you would have worked in a production environment and you can demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced role.

You will be a self-starting individual who is happy to take responsibility for ensuring the company's business activities meet the established standards set, and that such standards are appropriately defined, maintained, communicated, and implemented. The right attitude is equally as important as background and experience and training can be provided for the right candidate.
What will you be doing?
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the certification, implementation and management of processes within the company.
Quality Manager responsibilities will include:
* Management and maintenance of company Quality Policy and Handbook.
* Co-ordination and management of construction,maintenance, communication, and implementation of key company processes required to meet company quality standards. Note that this will require working with the company specialists responsible for different areas of business functionality.
* Scheduling,supervising, performing, and documenting all internal quality audits to ensure good coverage across the business.
* Scheduling and managing all external certification activities and audits.
* Liaising with shareholder's quality department.
