FRS Recruitment is now working with our agri business partner and inviting applications for the roleof 'Agri Counter Sales' to be based in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow. Indeed this is a permanent role
Duties:
* Provide advice, support and sales to farmers on a wide range of farm inputs.
* Stock control and merchandising.
* Merchandising, ordering& stock control.
* Generating new ideas and promotions for the store
* Evaluate a customer's needs and build productivelong-lasting relationships.
* Making sure the shop floor and yard runs smoothly.
Candidate profile:
* Showing a real passion for customer focus sales and agriculture will enable you to thrive in a role that is challenging and demanding- achievingtargets for business growth, increased sales, margin and operating standards.
* Sales focused with proven agri sales experience.
* Agricultural background and interest is essential
* Agriculture qualification would be an advantage
* Ambitious withstrong communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work
