FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Store & Agri Sales Executive for an established Agri business in Roscrea. This is a full-time permanent role.
We are particularly interested in hearing from Agricultural Science Graduates from 2020 or 2021 classes.
Job Title Store & Agri Sales Executive
Responsible to: Fencing Manager.
Location Roscrea
Job Type Full-time permanent ( 8.30 to pm Monday to Friday )
Main Responsibilities & Activities.
Sales Duties:
* Liaise with the Purchasing Dept. on quotes and proposals encompassing quality, price and lead time.
* Dealing with retail and trade customers who visit the Store. Dealing with teams and Customers in relation to the contract fencing business.* Creation of computerised purchase orders for retail stock and for contract fencing.
* Receipt in, update and maintain theStock system.
* Co-ordinate shipment and logistics for the smooth and timely delivery of goods.
* Issue sales documents andinvoices for all stock dispatches.
* Dealing with cash, cheques, and debit / credit card receipts.
Store Duties:
* Unloading, checking and storing all deliveries arriving into stock.
* Ensuring that stock control duties and relevant information is kept up to date and live on our database.
* Preparing, loading and dispatching orders to customers.
* Maintain the store and yard in a safe and proper condition.
* Record all transactions on the IT stock control system.
* Completion of regularstock-takes and reconciling balances to the stock system.
Candidate profile
* Recently qualified Agricultural Science Graduate
* Previous retail experience a distinct advantage
* Strong communication skills
* Living close to Roscrea.To Apply
