FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of 'Workshop Manager/Administrator' on behalf of our client, a leading Irish Agri machinery business. This is a full time permanent role based in Co. Meath - will also suit candidates incounties Westmeath, Louth & Cavan.
The Role
* Managing workshop staff and responsible for the daily operations of theworkshop
* Delivering quality customer service
* Dealing with customer queries both face to face and over the phone
* Issuing invoices from our computerized system
* Ordering/Receiving stock orders
* Dealing with counter sales and Telephone queries
* Ensure safe working practices are maintained within the workshop and when working with customers
The Profile
* Passion for Tractors and Agri Machinery
* Good computer skills for data inputting and processing
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability & Discipline to work independently
* Team player skills are essential
Remuneration* Competitive rates will be on offer - DOE
* Ongoing training will be provided
