Your Role
Based from their London office your role as Business Development Manager will see you support the Director with the generation of new leads.
You'll manage the pitch process from initial contact to handover to the Account teams with the aim of always showing the value the agency can deliver for its clients.
Your keen sense of market awareness will allow you to spot opportunities for growth, monitor commercial performance, and support the Account teams in identifying other revenue opportunities.The leadership team will rely on your insight and market updates, and you'll be a regular ambassador foe the agency at industry events.
About You
* At least 3 years of UK experience in a Sales role
* Comfortable working under pressure
*Excellent work ethic and resilience
* Great attention to detail
* Experience working for a media agency or media owner
* Proven record of new lead generation success
