LONDON - 2 DAYS WORK FROM HOME 3 DAYS OFFICE BASED
UP TO £34,000 + FANTASTIC BONUS
We are currently recruiting for a leading events company in London who, due to growth, are seeking a motivated Conference Producer to join their team. The successful candidate will be joining an established conference team within the fast-growing business sector working across international conferences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Conference Producer/Conference Producer / Events Executive / Events Assistant / Events Administrator / Events Management / Sales Assistant / Sales Executive who is looking to join an expanding and well-established business offering fantastic career prospects.THE ROLE:
* In-depth market research primarily through telephone calls, finding research on market trends, solutions,and challenges.
* To research, write and assist with event and sale briefings.
* Identify new, interesting, and viable topics and business ideas for conferences.
* Updating and building contact database
* Assisting with creating of event marketingmaterials and website content.
* To attend conferences, bringing workshops and future events to the attention of speakers.THE PERSON:
* Must have worked within a Conference Producer / Events Executive / Events Assistant / Events Administrator / Events Management / Sales Assistant / Sales Executive
* Great research, communication and excellent telephone skills.
*You will be self-motivated, positive and a willingness to learn to help achieve goals and targets.
* Ability to work well ina team.
* University degree in a related subject or strong research focus.
* Must be able to work flexible hours and is willing to travel when required.
* Office software experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
