Creative Producer - Cambridge - £25,000 - £35,000
I am working with a digital media company who are looking to bring in an experienced Creative Producer.
In this role you will you be studio based, shooting both in-house and offsite, being responsible for the production of mixed assets, with duties ranging from scripting and conception to execution and delivery.
You will work in the Creative Department, being responsible for all aspects of promo, VT and event production whilst reporting to theHead of Creative Services. You will understand creative requests, including working with budgets, approval, production, post and delivery. This is great opportunity to work with premium labels and high-end luxury brands.
What you'll do as a Creative Producer:
* Complete admin associated with production and shoots as well as organising around booking locations, crews, studio's and equipment
* Act as a Creative Lead, offering advice for pre and postproduction to provide cost effective solutions whilst providing support to more junior members of the creative producer team
* Work closely with Head of Creative and the Executive Producer on approved budget and revise associated documents, managing budgets for projects including shoots, production needsand post
* Brief departments on postproduction requirements, including graphic design, photography and editing so projects are completed to brief, budget and time, whilst also communicating all technical and logistical requirements to the Technical Operations teams as soon as possible
* Script writing for promo's, VT's and campaigns as well as directing crew and models throughout the shoot
* Implementing health and safety issues and risk assessments for every shoot, understanding ASA compliance issue* Represent the department and company in a professional manner when attending meetings within the company and with external clients
* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
What you'll bring as a Creative Producer:* 2 + years' experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar role
* Experience in lighting and sound techniques
* Strong camera skills - preferably with Sony based equipment
* Experience across similar industry - tv, film production and e-comms
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience with black magic and reds desirable
* Full Driving Licence
