Your Role
As a Scenic ProjectManager, you will be the visionary, leading projects from conception to the grand finale.Your responsibilities include:
* Project Excellence: Ensure every project shines, exceeding client expectations by leveraging company resources to deliver top-notch results.
* Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, attending site visits and meetings to understand theirdreams, deadlines, and requirements.
* Creative Interpretation: Translate project briefs into accurate quotations and initialdrawings, showcasing your creative flair.
* Efficient Budgeting: Cost and budget each project accurately using their excellent Rental Management software.
* Design Mastery: Produce detailed construction drawings with Autocad, communicating your vision to the project, scenic, and tech teams.
* Logistical Prowess: Manage logistics efficiently across multiple projects, ensuring optimal use of resources.
* On-site Leadership: Lead teams on-site, overseeing every aspect from load-in to load-out, acting as a dedicated ambassador for the company.
* Relationship Building: Build lasting quality relationships with clients, suppliers, and venues,
About You
* Strong background in scenic construction for live events.
* Proficiency in Autocadand knowledge of resistant materials.
* Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail.
* Enthusiastic, eloquent, and adept at client interaction.
* Happy to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Full driving license preferred.
