Senior UX UI Product Designer - Surrey/Hybrid - £55,000 - £70,000
I am working with a utilities company looking to bring in an experienced Senior UX UI Product Designer, to come in and really make a difference.
You will be an experienced Product designer with excellent UX UI skills. Your main focus will be on the customer and the user experience. In the role youwill present design concepts and maintain a component library for the company's custom UI framework.
It is a great opportunity to join an innovative and ethical company, with an award-winning platform, looking to make a change. You will enjoy a hybridset-up, going into the office 2/3 days a week. In the role you will be surrounded by a supportive team and will report to the Head of Product.
What you'll do as a Senior UX UI Product Designer:
* Translate complex requirements and sketchesinto simple and appealing user interfaces
* Facilitate design meetings and workshops
* Collaborate between customers, product owners and the development team
* Deliver excellent user experiences to ensure efficient decision making
* Maintain styleguidelines and a component library
* Support the release of new features whilst carrying out testing to improve the user experience
* Present design concepts to the internal product team and key stakeholders
* Champion the design and delivery processfrom discovery & research to interaction design & testing
What you'll bring as a Senior UX UI Product Designer:* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* A background and ability to tell a story visually and bring designs to life* Excellent design/prototyping skills of applications for both web and mobile
* An ability to use customer feedback and data analytics to enhance the user experience
* Experience running workshops and engaging stakeholders
* A willingness to work within a dynamic, CI/CD environment
