Concept Resourcing are looking for a UCD Operations Specialist to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.
This is an initial 4 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £450-500 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Substantial experience of managing user research operations including participant recruitment; consent processes and data management.
* Knowledge of user research, including a range of qualitative research methods, and the types of outputs that user researchers typically produce.
* Confidence working in highly policy-driven environments, facing ambiguity, changing priorities and different ways of working.
* Knowledge of the government Service Standard and Service Manual
*Understanding of how user research informs agile delivery phases.
* Experience of overseeing the lifecycle of identifying, capturing, classifying, storing and maintaining assets and GDPR standards.
