Fleet Administrator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary £25,000
MCG Construction is recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join the team in Welwyn Garden City.
As a Fleet Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
* Booking in Services, MOT's, LOLER's, PMI (inspections) with relevant lease / hire providers
* Making sure on the day of bookings that the vehicles have been taken into their garages
* Gathering and monitoring all daily inspections sheets (SF11's) electronic and paper* Logging SF11's onto a spreadsheet to make sure all are done daily
* Speaking / chasing drivers for any SF11's that have not been completed daily
* Filing the paper SF'11's into relevant folders / filing cabinets
* Logging and reporting any defects found on SF11 forms to relevant garages (Tyres, Windscreens etc)
* Giving updates at daily meeting on vehicles that are offroad
* Chasing garages / lease providers on updates on vehicles that are off the road.
* Liaising with Fleet Department on any issues that may need escalating or more information
