We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about manufacturing processes and eager to grow within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the manufacturingteam to optimise production processes.
* Work closely with senior engineers to develop and implement new manufacturing methods.
* Gain exposure to various manufacturing processes, with a focus on welding, automated robot welding, pressing, and body inwhite processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Actively participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent, alternatively, completion of an engineering apprenticeship with relevantexperience.
* Exposure to manufacturing processes through internships, placements, or previous roles.
* Familiarity with welding, automated robot welding, pressing, or body in white processes is highly desirable.
