Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

Role: Service, Repair, and Diagnosis of vehicles. Primarily Ford and MG but including other manufacturers.

Location: Seaford, East Sussex

Position, Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE + Bonus

The Position & Requirements

We’re now seeking a fully skilled, experienced Technician / Mechanic capable of leading a small workshop team.

 

  • Ideally qualified or working towards manufacturer’s Master Tech status
  • A background with the Ford product would be a distinct advantage
  • Applicants must have a very good understanding of current automotive technology, both petrol and diesel engines
  • Be familiar with on-board diagnostic systems
  • Be able to interpret technical information
  • Have a good understanding of auto electrics
  • Candidates must be able to tackle problems, find solutions and be able to complete work to a very high standard.
  • Ideally Manufacturer Trained
  • Ideally certificated to work on all A/C Systems
  • On completion of a satisfactory qualifying period, manufacturer training will be provided, at times requiring short periods away from home
