Recruiting a SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to pursue new business opportunities, develop existing relationships, develop key accounts, and implement the overall sales strategy and sales budget of the company.

Senior Business Development Manager
* Delivering big brands to auto, agricultural, plant and industrial sectors
* Responsible for maintaining and growing the customer base within these sectors independently
* Responsible for identifying, opening, and developing new key accounts within thesesectors
* Involved in recruiting and mentoring the sales team.
* Have the motivation and ability to work both independentlyand as part of a team.
* Plan your time efficiently and have excellent communication skills, to provide the best customer care to a wide customer base including owner operated businesses, SME, and larger buying groups.
Requirements
* Knowledge ofauto, agricultural, plant and industrial sectors is an advantage.
* Proven track record of Business Development within the above sectors or similar industry's
* Ambition to grow and develop within a Senior Sales Role and make a lasting impression.* Full Clean driving license
