FRSRecruitment are seeking to fill the position of 'Service Manager' for a leading Au Dealership in Co. Laois. This is a full-timepermanent position and would suit someone living in the Counties of Laois, Kildare or Offaly.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest and most efficient standards for our customers.
* Ensure dealer standards are maintained.
* Effective andprofitable management of a busy Service Department.
* Ensuring key KPIs including customer satisfaction, utilisation and warranty are met at all times.
* Managing the workshop team to ensure maximum efficiency & profitability
* Responsibility formaintaining and developing key client relationships.
* Driving sales, meeting targets and maintaining a sales culture.Experience
* 3+ years' experience in a management, customer service or sales role ideally within the Motor industry.
* Strong focus on team leadership.
* Good customer relation skills and Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Administratively highly organised.
* Proactive approach to developing and maintaining systems and processesRemuneration
* Salary from 40-50k DOE
