Due to demand, they're now seeking to enhance their team and recruit an experienced Bar Manager This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional who is keen to join a business that has a track record in creating a real wow factor for their guests.
THE BAR MANAGER ROLE OVERVIEW
* As the Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations management of the department
* Leading, motivating, recruiting, training the team
* Conducting 121 meetings and teammeetings
* Implementing staff rotas and ensuring appropriate staff levels are always available
* Responsible for monitoringcost control, budgets, and maximising sales opportunities
* Ensuring a first-class service is delivered to customers
* Identify and make recommendations to the Hotel General Manager where price increases can be implemented.
* Inspect all customer parts of the business, the back of house departments and exterior to ensure that the property is presented to the highest standard* Meet and greet customers.
* Deal with customer complaints and comments, following through and corresponding, when necessary, with customers.
* Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
THE PERSON:* Must have experience in a similar Bar Manager position
* Experience of people leadership, a track record of motivatingand improving standards
* Ideally have experience in a 4 star + venue
* Excellent customer services skills
