Our client a leading distributor to the Food Service industry is seeking to recruit a passionate, driven, and result-orientated BDE, who is focused on long-term account relationships through process and business improvement. A commerciallyaware entrepreneurial nature is required with a strong passion for food.

* Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food service industry.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and nurture long-term account relationships. The ability to understand and meet the unique needs of clients in the food service industry.
* The ability to think strategically and identify opportunitiesfor process and business improvement within the food service industry. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to grow the business.
* Commercial Awareness: A deep understanding of the food service industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer demands. The capability to adapt to changing market conditions and make informed business decisions.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* A genuine passion for food and astrong understanding of the food service sector, its products, and the culinary industry. The ability to convey this enthusiasmto clients and potential partners.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the company's value proposition and build strong client relationships.
