CAFE SUPERVISOR
SALISBURYUP TO £30,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf a leading services business that has several companies that operate within the group, including their Café Business.
As a Café Supervisor, you'll be responsible forthe day-to-day management, budgeting, procurement, team management of around 6 to 8 people, rostering and providing hands-on support both front and back of house as and when required.
The business operates all year round, however, experiences their busiest periods throughout the summer where daily covers can hit around 550 to 600+ per day.
This role will suit an individual with similar experience and that would love the opportunity to independently run a business unit with the backing of a larger group.
THE CAFE SUPERVISOR ROLE:
* Managing staff rotas
* Stock and menu management, ensuring correct supplies are delivered and stored
* Maintain relationships with suppliers
* Budget planning
* Provide excellent customer service for guests
* Maintenance of the Cafe
THE PERSON:
* Current/Recent experience within a Café Manager, Cafe Supervisor, Coffee Shop Manager, Bar Manager, Canteen Manager, Shop Manager, Pub Manager role or similar, where you've had responsibility for independently leading the day-to-day operations.
* Experience of people management, coaching and team development
* Must have experience of budgeting, purchasing and planning within a similar environment.
* Must be prepared to undertake hands-on front of house/back of house responsibilities as and when required.
