Deli Manager requiredfor a Supermarket in Co. Cork
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of fresh food deli management experience
* Must have experience in ordering and managing waste
* Be up to date in HACCP and food safety training
* Self-motivated and a passion forfoodservice
* Has experience in managing ten and more staff
Main Duties
* Manage the daily activities of employees toimprove sales performance
* Manage product storage and rotation
* Assist in the preparation of inventory and sales budgets* Control staff costs and prepare rosters
* Assist in interviewing, hiring and training staff
* Respond to any queries or complaints
* Ensure all follow company policies and procedures
* Ensure products are properly labelled
* Oversee and ensurethat facilities are maintained neat, clean and safe at all times
* Other duties as required
