DIRECTOR OF SALES - HOSPITALITY
LONDON
Up to £65,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting for an experienced Director of Sales to join a Multi-Award winning Global business that is locatedin the heart of Central London.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a Serviced Apartment /Hotel Sales background who is looking to join a reputable and expanding business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage in-property sales people across the UK and Europe to achieve and exceed targets
* Work towards and achieve sales and revenue goals across multiple properties
* Develop, implement and maintain sales plans and strategies across each property and market
* Attend weekly/quarterly/monthly property owner meetings with prepared reports and sales summaries
* Liaise with the leadership team regarding sales initiatives
* Attend forecast and budget meetings to represent each property
* Partner with and work closely alongside property general managers
* Assist the General Manager and Finance team in the creation of annual budgets and attend P&L reviews
* Build collaborative relationships with the senior management across the sales team
* Interview and recruit new members of the sales team
THE PERSON
* Previous experience within a similar Director of Sales, Head of Sales orSales Management role within Serviced Apartments, Hospitality or Hotels is essential
* Ability to grow revenue opportunitiesConfident to manage Global corporate accounts with large annual spends
* Analytical approach
