We are currently working on behalf of a leading Hotel & Accommodation provider in London who is looking torecruit an experienced Guest Services / Reservations Agent to join the team. Due to continued expansion and acquiring new properties in the UK and internationally, they now have a fantastic opportunity to join a rewarding and successful team as they continue on their journey of growth.
As a Guest Services / Reservations Agent you will be ensuring all queries from guests are handled promptly, responded to and issues are resolved as quickly as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone for a Guest Experience / Guest Relations / Guest Services / Reservations Agent / Customer Care role or someone who has experience working within a Hotel / Serviced Apartments / Hospitality with excellent customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handlingguests' queries from enquiries to support once they are checking in to the property
* Taking all calls concerning maintenanceand special requests
* Using a live chat and app facility to support guests in each property
* Handling reservation enquiries, providing pricing and property information and converting enquiries to bookings
* Record all information in the CRM and contact the relevant department
* Coordinate all maintenance requests with the appropriate department for resolution for the guest
* Log, and follow up on all issues and confirm with guests all resolutions are to guests' satisfaction
* Prepare information for guests
* Daily communication regarding reservations and customer inquiries is essential.
* Any additional projects or duties as assigned.
THE PERSON:
* Experience of working in a Customer Services / Guest Services / Guest Experience / Guest Relations / Reservations Agent / Reservations Coordinator / Reservations Sales / Corporate Hospitality position within a hotel/hospitality environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literate with MS Office and in-house systems
* Career-driven individual looking to join an industry-leading organisation
* Highly organised individual with an attitude that nothing is too much trouble.
