Are you currently working within the hospitality industry or an experienced trainer? Our client, a leading hospitality organisation, are looking for EPOS system trainers across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for long term contract work with a rapidly expanding market leader within hospitality.
Role Details
* Contract starting Mid-May/June 2023 running untilDec 31st, 2023, extensions may be possible.
* Working in various hospitality venues around the UK, delivering a variety of training to the staff and management on the new systems.
* There will be various elements of configuration, technical support andtroubleshooting within training shifts, onsite support and training will be given.
* This is a classed as a full-time position but shift allocations may vary week to week. Double shifts within a week will be expected, shift patterns vary weekly across Monday to Sunday and subject to change with short notice. Working days in the week can range between 3-6 days a week with additional shifts available on occasions.
* There will be significant and frequent UK wide travel.
* Regular overnight stays will be necessary throughout the working week.
Candidate Criteria
* Currently working in a senior management position in the hospitality industry.
* Be passionate about training, coaching and enjoy problem solving.
* Be able to deliver exceptional customer focus, drive for excellence in a an approachable, professional, and reliable manner.
* Zonal or Aztec experience is desired.
* Training experience and a learning approach to pick things up quickly with initiative will be key to success in the role.
* Use of a reliable vehicle and full UK driving license is essential.
Rates and Benefits
* £125 per day/shift, double day/shift available at £250
* £60 per day for travel day - subject to terms of the company travel policy.
* 25ppm mileagefor travel.
* Hotels will be arranged in advance by the client, meal allowance provided - there may be a requirement to book some accommodation/travel in particular circumstances personally which can be claimed back all in line with the company policy.* All expenses including parking, tolls and congestion are claimable.
* Contract is outside IR35 so is payable via umbrella service or ltd company.
* Need to supply own laptop and phone.
