HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE
UP TO £25,000 + GREAT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of an amazing property located in the heart of Liverpool City Centre that is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day management of the housekeeping functionincluding the Housekeeping Assistants.
You will work closely with internal colleagues including the Guest Experience Managerto maintain excellent quality and standards for guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implementing and maintaining a guest-centricculture across the team
* Checking all departures including weekend departures
* Carrying out spot check cleans to ensure high standards of cleanliness
* Prepare weekly charts
* Prepare staff rota's and maintaining a low wage cost
* Working withinternal managers and staff members to drive cost saving
* Report maintenance to the Guest Experience team
* Assist in theinduction, training and onboarding of new team members
* Manage the budgets for the Housekeeping team
* Working alongside the Guest Experience Manager to train on Health and Safety topics for the Housekeeping team
* Carry out and lead Team Meetings where required
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a senior Housekeeping role within a Hotel, Aparthotel or ServicedApartments
* Confident to lead and manager a busy Housekeeping team
* Excellent IT skills
* Confident communicator
* Able to manage a busy and varied workload
