We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable business who are looking to expand their existing Events team with a Marketing and Events Coordinator. You will be working alongside their Sales & Marketing Manager and Senior Account Manager to ensure the smooth running of events, liaising with clients and building strong relationships to ensure high engagement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an Events Coordinator / Events Executive / Account Management/ Sales or similar background within Hospitality to join a growing and employee-centric organisation at an exciting period in their expansion.
THE MARKETING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR ROLE:
* Managing the organising and execution of events throughout the year including conferences, exhibitions, networking events, weddings etc
* Building relationships with organisers, delegates and clients
* Responding to client queries and ensuring calls and emails are handled and responded to
* Managing both pricing and budgets to ensure that events are commercially profitable
* Implementing an effective eMarketing strategy, monitoringengagement and results
* Using social media content to drive engagement
* Regularly reviewing the methods and strategy to ensure high quality engagements and results
* Working with key stakeholders including the Sales, Events & Finance teams to ensure that projects stay on track and key milestones are achieved
THE PERSON
* Must have experience as a hands-on EventsCoordinator / Events Executive / Account Management / Sales role within Hospitality
* Experience of delivering social media and e-marketing campaigns
* Confident to attend company events as an ambassador
* Excellent communication skills face to face,over the phone and email
