PARTNER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're recruiting for an Experienced Partner Support Executive to join aMulti-Award winning Global business that is located in the heart of Central London.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
*Working alongside Key Accounts to source their accommodation solutions
* Liaising with and negotiating with suppliers
* Developing relationships with clients and suppliers
* Conduct supplier analysis and reviews to identify growth opportunities
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive an excellent service
* Reactivate dormant accounts and maximise opportunities
* Conduct regular meetings with suppliers and partners
* Liaise with internal colleagues in IT to ensure the smooth running of the platform
* Generate weekly reports to highlight and report on various areas including activity, availabilityand usage
* Respond to client queries
* Handle any issues that arise quickly and efficiently
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a similar Partner Support, Channel Management, Sales Administration, Web Administration or Ecommerce role is essential
* Excellent administration and customer service skills
* Ability to deliver webinar training and demonstrations to clients
* Confident to manage and prioritise a busy andvaried workload
