FRS Recruitment has exciting opportunity for experienced Pizza Chef to join well known busy establishment in Mullingar Co.Westmeath
Responsibilities:
* Build and manage team of staff
* Preparation of all food items including pizza dough
* Operate kitchen equipment in safe and efficient manner
* Follow high standard of foodpreparation and presentation
* Full knowledge of HACCP with valid certificate
* Ability to work in busy kitchen with positive attitude
* Assist with cleaning work stations and kitchen equipment
* Monitor food stock, maintain supplies and place orders as and when required.
* Maintenance of all health and safety documents
* Portion control and maintaining margins.Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 3-5 years experience as pizza chef
* Ability to multitask
* Good people management skills
* Good spoken and written English
* Permission to work in Ireland full-time
Salary is depending on experience
