RESERVATIONS MANAGER
LONDON - CHISWICK
Up to £35,000 + MONTHLY BONUS + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY
We'rerecruiting for an Experienced Reservations Agent to join a Multi-Award winning business that is located in London. The successful candidate will be based at the company's head office and will be managing the Reservations team, working closely with the Revenue Manager.

THE ROLE:
* Managing the team of Reservations Agents
* Working closely with the Revenue Managerto ensure rates and inventory are effectively managed
* Handling reservations confirmations
* Handing reservations enquiresby Phone, Email, Web Portals, Business Travel Agents and Online Booking Agents
* Dealing within individual & group bookings
* Negotiating rates within the guidelines
* Understanding the clients needs and ensuring the correct property is selectedin terms of location, facilities, budget and grade of property
* Ensuring a high conversion of enquiries to bookings by providing an informative and professional approach
* Liaising with the Sales & Finance team's about existing accounts and the individual properties
* Working to ensure that all enquiries are handled promptly and that all confirmations are set within ample time
* Updating and maintaining the reservations systems, processing bookings and ensuring all contact information is correct
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience within a fast-paced Reservations Manager role
* Experience must be from either Reservations within Service Apartments / Hotels / Corporate Hospitality / Booking Agents or similar
* Computer literate with MSWord, Excel, Outlook and computerised reservations systems
