THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a market leading business within the hospitality industry who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their exciting team and to drive newbusiness into the venue. The sales manager will work closely with the Sales Director who has 20 plus years of experience in thehospitality industry and will provide one on one support.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Sales Manager, Customer Service or similar type of role.
THE ROLE:
* Planning,coordination and conducting all sales activities of the venue.
* Establish in depth knowledge of the local / national market.* Coordinate and conduct customer events and guided tours of the venue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with keycorporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential sources of business.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and threats. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events, conferences, and group bookings.
* Generate regularreports on sales performance, market trends, forecasts and competitor analyses.
* Ensure that all client interactions align with the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a similar Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Development Representative or similar
* Apassionate, dynamic, personable person who has a passion for sales.
* Able to self-motivate and work as part of a vibrant sales team.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
