£25,000 to £33,000 NEGOTIABLE + BENEFITS

We are exclusively recruiting for as prestigious venue who has seen a significant upturn in business since the reopening with a full schedule of events running at the Venue all the way into 2022/2023.

Due to demand, they're now seeking to enhance their team and recruit anexperienced Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional who is keen to join abusiness that has a track record in creating a real wow factor for their guests.
THE SOUS CHEF / SENIOR SOUS CHEF ROLE OVERVIEW
* As the Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef, Responsible to assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen operation ensuring maximum Guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
* Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
* Assist in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced.
* Make recommendations to the Executive / Head Chef regarding succession planning.
* Aware of all financial budgets and goals.
* Ensure that guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience.
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in a similar SousChef / Senior Sous Chef position
* Experience of people leadership, a track record of motivating and improving standards
*Ideally have experience in a 4 star + venue
* Experience in a rosetted property would be advantageous
* Excellent people management skills
