Care and Support Worker - Day Shifts
First City RecruitmentSolutions have full and part time hours available for Care and Support Workers in Swindon and the surrounding areas. To meet client demand, we are looking for new staff to join our ever-growing team.
The job role involves providing the highest standardof medical care and personal care to customers, accurate record keeping, appropriate use of medical equipment, Ability to handlemultiple tasks safely and efficiently, able to communicate and document important information to all healthcare professionals.Shifts available:
* Nursing Homes
* Learning Disability Units
* Supported Living Facilities.
* Community placements* 1-1 support
