We are working our Client a respected Domiciliary Care provider based in the Isle of Wight. As a result of their continuous growth, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Care Co-ordinator
If you're looking to take your career in Healthcare to the next stage, this is a fantastic opportunity for a full time Care Co-ordinator. A perfect role for an existing Care Co-ordinator, Care Supervisor or a Care Assistant looking to progress their career.
This branch currently covers circa 800hrs of care per week.
The successful candidate must have experience of the following:
* Experience of allocation of care workers to customer visits using effective rostering, ensuring continuity of care and considering locations, skills required.
* Experience of communicating regularly with care workers,providing guidance business.
* Experience of Support with the delivery of the on-call rota, dependent on the needs of the business
* Experience of completing paperwork onto relevant systems and resolving queries in a timely manner
* Full Driving License as this role will require travel.
