Panoramic Care are currently working with a small provider of adult social care who are looking for a Compliance Manager.
The Compliance Manager will have experience within a management role within social care and will be an RGN or RMN orduel registered nurse. The compliance manager will also have good knowledge of compliance in terms of CQC and a big focus on training and supporting staff members.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 5 or Equivalent
* Management Experience* RGN/RMN or Duel Registered
* Dementia and EMI Experience Desirable
* Excellent Compliance Knowledge (CQC)
